Think swim caps aren’t necessary?

Think again! Swim caps do more than keep your hair dry out of your face during water workouts and fun. They protect your hair from drying elements and prevent chlorine and sun damage. If you’re playing in cold, big bodies of water, you’ll need a cap to keep your head nice and warm.

Swim caps keep you safe—light-colored ones help boaters or other swimmers see you when you’re in water with heavy traffic. And they help you to swim faster—there’s no drag in the water from long hair. Even the tiny hairs around your neck and forehead will be secured in a swim cap!

Swim caps are cool!
